At EVTA, the European Vocational Training Association, we bring together vocational training stakeholders from across Europe to for a better future on education and skills. Now, we’re looking for a motivated Communications & Operations Intern to join our international team in Brussels.
Why this internship?
You’ll get hands-on experience in communications, design, and project support while working side by side with a young, multilingual team (we speak 9+ languages in the office!). You’ll be part of EU-funded projects, contribute to international initiatives, and gain a behind-the-scenes look at how Brussels works.
What you’ll be doing

Designing visuals for social media, websites, and print

Taking photos and videos at events and turning them into stories

Drafting newsletters, press releases, and website content

Supporting website updates and SEO tasks

Editing videos and experimenting with creative formats

Bringing your own ideas to the table; we love fresh perspectives!
Who we’re looking for

A student or recent graduate with a background in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or similar

A good eye for design and strong visual sense

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), WordPress, and newsletter tools

Social media savvy, aware of what’s trending and what works

Comfortable using AI tools responsibly

Excellent command of English (French or German is a plus)

No previous work experience required, motivation matters most!
Bonus points if you’re curious about EU institutions, NGOs, or Erasmus+ projects.
