We are looking for an IT Developer to support the management and development of our internal digital platforms, CRM systems, and websites while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support across the organisation.
## Main tasks
– Develop and support internal and external web platforms, ensuring functionality, performance, and user experience.
– Provide day-to-day IT support to internal teams, including troubleshooting technical issues and assisting users.
– Maintain and improve the company CRM platform and related digital tools.
– Coordinate website updates, integrations, and platform enhancements in collaboration with different departments.
– Monitor system performance, security, and data integrity across digital platforms and applications.
– Propose and implement innovative technical solutions to improve workflows, automation, and operational efficiency.
## Your profile
– 3-4 years of experience in IT development, CRM management, web development, or similar positions.
– Proven experience in developing and managing websites, platforms, or digital tools.
– Ability to present and demonstrate tools, websites, or platforms developed in previous roles or freelance projects.
– Good knowledge of CRM systems, website management, databases, and web technologies.
– Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
– Professional-level written and spoken English is mandatory; French is preferred.
– Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
– Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and international environment.
