Applicants should not feel they have to include a photo of themselves in the application document.

Due to AI making it easier to apply to many positions, the EPC currently receives between 250 and 950 applications per position, and each set of applications is screened and shortlisted by a team of three people. We do not use AI to screen applications due to unavoidable biases in AI screening software. For these reasons, we will only contact shortlisted applicants and request that those who are not contacted within two weeks of the deadline to not follow up. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Deadline for applications: Friday 9th January 2026.

The EPC is an equal opportunities employer. We value diversity and particularly encourage applicants from groups of society that are not well represented in Brussels think tanks, Brussels-based civil society or European policy making.
