Mission
Your mission will be to manage communication projects from launch to final delivery, coordinating their development and implementation within agreed parameters of cost, time, quality, and methodology.
Day-to-day tasks will include:

Defining project goals and scope in consultation with clients

Preparing and maintaining project plans and tracking their progress

Managing change requests
-
Leading project teams and coordinating production across digital, audio-visual, editorial, graphic design, social media, and consulting disciplines

Supervising the quality control process

Liaising with clients, reporting
-
Liaising with subcontractors
-
Budget follow-up
A regular presence in our office in Brussels will be required.
As well as ensuring the delivery of outstanding communication products, you will be expected to provide clients with high-quality professional advice and to anticipate and explore their future needs.
Profile
The Senior Project Manager should have a strong background in communication, with practical working knowledge of a wide range of modern communication methods and tools.

Master’s degree in Communications, Political Science, Digital Media, or related field

Min. 6 years of professional experience within Digital Communication

Strong interests in EU policy and EU-related topics
-
A good knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French
-
A good knowledge of at least one other EU official language is also welcome

Good writing and presentation skills in English

A good knowledge of all aspects of the communication world (web, audio-visual, social media, events, community management, etc.) Previous experience in project management

Experience in using the most common project management tools

Comprehensive understanding of the digital communication landscape, including web, audiovisual production, social media, live and virtual events, and community management
Proven experience in project management, with a track record of delivering complex communication initiatives

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets ranging from €100K to €1M, ensuring cost control and value delivery

Highly organised and detail-oriented, with strong planning and prioritisation skills

Team player with a positive attitude
