  • Support account leads in translating association priorities and governance decisions into clear workplans, timelines and deliverables.

  • Maintain accurate governance records, policies, calendars and documentation, and support compliance with relevant reporting requirements.

  • Contribute ideas to improve ways of working, member value and the overall effectiveness of client associations.

Membership & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Manage membership databases and ensure member records, contacts and access rights remain accurate and up to date.

  • Handle member enquiries, onboarding, renewals and follow-up with a responsive, professional and solutions-oriented approach.

  • Support member engagement initiatives, consultations and outreach to prospective members or partners.

  • Prepare membership reports and insights to support retention, recruitment and engagement decisions.

Financial & Operational Administration

  • Prepare and issue membership invoices, monitor payments and follow up on outstanding amounts in coordination with finance colleagues.

  • Support annual budgeting, budget tracking, supplier management, expense reconciliation and basic financial reporting for client associations.

  • Maintain complete and orderly association files, contracts, records and internal systems.

  • Help ensure that delivery remains within agreed budgets and promptly flag deviations.

Events, Communications & Content

  • Coordinate conferences, workshops, webinars and member meetings, including suppliers, speakers, registration, logistics and post-event follow-up.

  • Draft and distribute newsletters, member updates, meeting communications and other clear, accurate association content.

  • Coordinate website and member-platform updates and support social media and communication campaigns where relevant.

  • Monitor sector and policy developments relevant to client associations and share concise updates with the team and members.

Team & Business Development Contribution

  • Support more junior colleagues or temporary resources on clearly defined tasks and share good practices across accounts.

  • Contribute to proposals, pitches, research and other business-development activities.

  • Help identify opportunities to strengthen or expand services for existing association clients.
