Influencer & Content Creators Manager
Location: Remote (Brussels-based preferred)
Type: Volunteer position, 5 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for an Influencer & Content Creators Manager to expand Eduxo’s reach through strategic collaborations with influencers, creators, and digital communities.
This role is key to making our campaigns more visible, relatable, and impactful, especially among young audiences across Europe. You will work closely with the Communications and Campaigns teams to identify, engage, and manage partnerships with creators aligned with our values.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an influencer and creator engagement strategy
• Identify and map relevant influencers, activists, and content creators across Europe
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and digital communities
• Coordinate collaborations for campaigns, events, and initiatives
• Co-create content with partners (social media, videos, storytelling formats)
• Track performance and impact of collaborations
• Ensure alignment with Eduxo’s tone, values, and messaging
• Monitor trends across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in influencer marketing, digital communications, or community management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and creator ecosystems
• Ability to identify authentic voices and build meaningful partnerships
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling skills
• Organised and proactive, with strong interpersonal skills
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
• Previous experience in NGOs, advocacy, or policy-related environments is a plus
