SEO & Website Growth Manager
Location: Remote (Brussels-based preferred)
Type: Volunteer position, 3 hours per week

Role Overview
We are looking for an SEO & Website Growth Manager to drive traffic, visibility, and digital growth.
This role goes beyond maintenance: you will actively shape how Eduxo is discovered online and how users engage with our content.
You will work closely with the Communications team, translating strategy into measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement an SEO strategy (on-page & off-page)
• Conduct keyword research aligned with Eduxo’s priorities
• Optimise website content and structure for search engines
• Monitor and improve website performance (traffic, ranking, conversions)
• Analyse user behaviour and propose improvements (UX + content)
• Support content planning with SEO insights
• Implement and manage tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
• Identify growth opportunities (partnership backlinks, campaigns, landing pages)
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in SEO, digital marketing, or website growth
• Familiarity with SEO tools and analytics platforms
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into action
• Understanding of content strategy and user journeys
• Ability to work independently and propose initiatives
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
• Previous experience in NGOs, advocacy, or policy-related environments is a plus
