Membership Growth Manager
Location: Remote

Role Overview
We are looking for a Membership Growth Manager to drive the expansion of Eduxo’s member base across Europe. This is a strategic and data-driven role, focused on turning visibility into membership acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with the Membership Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a membership growth strategy
• Design and run campaigns to attract new members
• Optimise the membership journey (awareness → sign-up → engagement → retention)
• Identify target audiences and growth opportunities across Europe
• Track and analyse membership data and performance
• Collaborate with communications on messaging and campaigns
• Coordinate with partnerships to leverage networks for growth
• Propose improvements to membership structure and value proposition
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in growth, marketing, community building, or fundraising
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and optimise performance
• Strong understanding of user journeys and engagement strategies
• Creative and proactive approach
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
• Experience in NGOs, startups, or digital growth is a plus
