Role Overview
We are looking for an Online Fundraising Specialist to design and run digital fundraising campaigns that convert visibility into tangible support. This role is hands-on and results-driven, focusing on growing Eduxo’s online donations through campaigns, platforms, and digital engagement strategies.
You will work closely with the Communications and Fundraising teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement online fundraising campaigns
• Manage donation platforms and tools (e.g. Stripe, PayPal, crowdfunding tools)
• Optimise donation journeys and conversion rates
• Develop compelling calls to action and campaign messaging
• Collaborate with content, video, and social media teams
• Track performance (donations, conversion rates, engagement)
• Test and improve campaigns (A/B testing, formats, targeting)
• Identify new digital fundraising opportunities and trends
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in digital fundraising, marketing, or growth
• Understanding of conversion, user journeys, and campaign performance
• Familiarity with fundraising or payment platforms
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse and optimise results
• Creative and proactive approach
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
• Experience in NGOs or campaigns is a plus
