Volunteer Branding Manager

Role Overview
We are looking for a Volunteer Branding Manager to strengthen how Eduxo showcases, values, and communicates the contribution of its people. This role sits at the intersection of HR, communications, and community, ensuring that volunteers are not only engaged internally, but also visible externally as part of Eduxo’s identity and impact.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a volunteer branding strategy
• Create formats to showcase volunteers (profiles, testimonials, stories, takeovers)
• Coordinate volunteer visibility across Eduxo’s platforms (website, social media, newsletters)
• Support recognition and appreciation initiatives
• Ensure consistency in how volunteers are presented externally
• Collaborate with communications on storytelling and campaigns
• Contribute to strengthening Eduxo’s volunteer brand
• Support alignment between internal culture and external image
Profile we’re looking for
• Experience in communications, branding, HR, or community management
• Strong storytelling and content development skills
• Ability to capture and communicate people’s impact
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset
• Strong coordination and organisational skills
• Interest in democracy, equality, and youth empowerment
• Experience in NGOs or youth organisations is a plus
