The European Disability Forum (EDF) is seeking an experienced accessibility expert as a consultant to enhance the accessibility of the MinnaLearn e-learning platform. This work is under the framework of the Empowered by AI project and it will take place from September to December 2025.
Scope of work

Support and work closely with the MinnaLearn team to plan and implement improvements based on an existing accessibility audit.

Provide practical recommendations and, where relevant, hands-on improvements to ensure WCAG 2.2 compliance with level A and AA and optimal user experience.

Monitor the accessibility improvements until the end of December.
Requirements

Proven track record in digital accessibility consulting, especially in e-learning contexts.

Strong understanding of accessibility guidelines, assistive technologies, and inclusive design practices.

Experience working with both technical teams (for platform improvements) and content teams (to make instructional material accessible).
