## What we offer:

All EPC programme assistants are offered a CIP contract (“convention d’immersion professionelle”) and are expected to be based in Brussels or in a location with easy access to Brussels.

This position offers young professionals a unique opportunity to gain first-hand insights into an EU think tank that works across policy fields and in close proximity to EU and national policymakers. The EPC is a dynamic work environment based on a core set of organisational values (available on our website). We foster cross-programme work allowing EMD analysts and programme assistants the opportunity to develop and demonstrate knowledge of and interest in **EU mobility, migration and asylum policies**, e.g., develop and deepen their knowledge of the interlinkages between migration and mobility, social affairs, labour market policy and foreign policy and more.

**Due to labour market dynamics and AI use, the EPC currently receives a very high number of applications. Each application is screened and shortlisted by a team of people. We do not use AI to screen applications due to unavoidable biases in AI screening software. For these reasons, we will only contact shortlisted applicants and kindly request that those who are not contacted within two weeks of the deadline do not follow up.**

Thank you for your understanding and for your interest in this vacancy.
